HackTime — Real-Time Hackathon Control Room
A real-time hackathon control room system designed to eliminate schedule drift and coordination issues during live events. Enables organizers to create multi-phase event flows, launch synchronized countdown timers, and broadcast announcements to all participants via a shared room system. Includes dedicated stage views for projection screens and guest access for participants without authentication.
Logly — Micro Expense & Subscription Intelligence Platform
A Progressive Web App for managing micro-expenses and subscription tracking with real-time dashboards and automated renewal notifications. Implements rapid one-tap logging with predefined templates, push notification system using VAPID, and a CRON-triggered backend service for processing scheduled alerts. Built with Supabase for authentication and database with row-level security, and designed using a Neobrutalist UI approach.
CTRCR Website — NLU Mumbai
An institutional website for the Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations at National Law University Mumbai. Built using Next.js and Tailwind CSS with Express.js backend. Developed a custom CMS for secure content control and added several pages to strengthen the center’s online presence.
OctaCore — GCSRM Backend Infrastructure
A modular MVC-based backend server powering GitHub Community SRM, providing RESTful APIs for managing events, teams, sponsors, certificates, and contact workflows. Includes automated certificate generation using PDFKit, image processing with Sharp, email handling via Nodemailer, and interactive API documentation with Swagger. Features centralized error handling, request logging, database health monitoring, and Sentry-based performance tracking.

A memory-enhancement iOS application available on Apple TestFlight. It utilizes dynamic recall-based Q&A and caregiver tools to help users retain memories better. Inspired by scientific methods, it includes interval reinforcement logic, facial memory games, real-time alerts, and daily routine tracking.
Pawsitive — Real-Time Animal Rescue Dispatch System
A real-time animal rescue coordination platform connecting citizens, rescuers, and NGOs. Implements an SOS reporting system with severity scoring and duplicate detection, and an intelligent dispatch engine that alerts nearby rescuers using a dynamic radius expansion algorithm. Includes WebSocket-based live location tracking, rescue lifecycle logging, ETA updates, and a credit-based incentive system for rescuers.

A comprehensive library management system with role-based access across multiple libraries. Built using SwiftUI and Express.js with Supabase for backend and deployed using Docker and Azure. It supports iOS 16.6+ with iCloud SMTP integration for secure 2FA. The application achieved a 90% improvement in load time, optimizing from 6.71s to 147ms using caching, lazy loading, and architectural enhancements.
docX — Multi-Agent Document Intelligence & RAG Platform
A high-performance document intelligence platform built with FastAPI, implementing a multi-agent architecture for processing and analyzing documents using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Integrates Gemini 2.5 Flash and Flash Lite models for dual-stage reasoning and classification, combined with LlamaParse for OCR, layout-aware parsing, and document-to-markdown conversion. Features a 4-tier intelligent caching system, dynamic batch processing with ThreadPoolExecutor, complexity-based question prioritization, and parallel LLM agent pools for optimized throughput.
